CANCELLATIONS 

 

If you need to cancel, reschedule or alter your appointment please do so more than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you fail to provide at least 24hrs notice to cancel, reschedule or alter your appointment, or fail to show up, you are required to pay 50% of the appointment value. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.

 

Your appointments are reservations with your beauty therapist and her time is allotted to you only!

LATE ARRIVALS

 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so you can relax and register. If you are running late, as a courtesy to other guests, your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled as it may not be possible to provide adequate service in the remaining time, and you will be required to pay the cancellation fee. 

TINTING + LASH LIFTING

All new tinting and lash lifting clients are required to have a complimentary tint test patch at least 48hrs prior to their tinting or lash lift appointment. This is a safety requirement to insure you don't have any sensitivities to the products used. If you've had tinting treatments at other salons you are still required to have the test patch as products vary salon to salon. This appointment also allows us to discuss your brows/lashes and desired look and shape.
